Terms of Use
The service
Pallas Athena ("Athena") is an AI executive assistant provided by Triton Technologies LLC. Access is by invitation and approval only, for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals aged 18 or older. Athena is currently in testing and may change, pause or have errors.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Invitations are personal and may not be sold or transferred. We may decline, pause or end access, including if a license can no longer be verified.
AI assistance, your judgment
Athena uses artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Check important information yourself. Athena is not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and it does not replace your duties to your clients, your broker or your regulators. Calendar changes happen only after you approve them, and Athena cannot send email on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Do not use Athena to break the law, to violate others' privacy, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access other members' data or our systems without permission.
Connected services
When you connect Google, TickTick, Plaud or other services, their own terms also apply. You can disconnect them at any time.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide Athena to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty; limits of liability
Athena is provided "as is" during testing, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Triton Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Athena in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell members in the app before meaningful changes take effect. Missouri law governs these terms. Questions: hello@pallasathena.ai.
