Privacy Policy

Last updated November 6, 2026 · Triton Technologies LLC, Missouri, USA

Pallas Athena ("Athena") is an AI executive assistant made by Triton Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what Athena collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. Athena is invite-only and intended for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide Athena to you: answering your requests, preparing your day, tracking tasks and approvals, delivering notifications, keeping the service secure, and measuring performance. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Google user data

Athena's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you request, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not read by people except with your permission, for security, or as required by law.

Who processes your data

We use these service providers to run Athena. They process data on our behalf under their own terms:

Security

Connection tokens are stored encrypted. Each member's data is separated so members cannot see one another's information. Access to production systems is limited.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any service at any time in Settings, which stops new access. To delete your account and data, email hello@pallasathena.ai; we will delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell members in the app before the change takes effect.
